How to Prepare if you booked Option 2 - Online 1 on 1 Training





How to Prepare (not if you chose option 1)

If you chose option 2 where you learn the technique 1 to 1 at the same time as consultation online, instead of learning from the online videos:

Your computer or cellphone with internet needs to be near a place you can lie down so the trainer can see you from head to foot

Use a bed or yoga/camping mat or mattress on the floor.

Use 2 x thin pillows.  Or one thick one if you don't have thin pillows.

Wear loose fitting or stretch shorts or trousers (ladies: not a dress or skirt).

For your session at the Clinic in Maungatapere (71 Tatton Rd):

All you need to do is wear loose fitting or stretch shorts or trousers (ladies: not a dress or skirt).

We have eftpos but not credit card at the clinic if you have not prepaid online.
